I've just discovered liquid eyeliner. I don't know why I hadn't found it earlier. The only thing I can attribute it to is the wonderful allure of New York's department stores, which buzz with an intensity David Jones could only dream of. I'm mostly wearing it in a subtle fashion, but can't wait for a night to break out the big, dramatic Diana Ross cat's eyes. Wasn't she foxy in the sixties?
